PAYMENTS
All our prices are posted in U.S. Dollars. And all payments shall be made in U.S. Dollars.
Should currency conversion occur, this is processed through your local financial institution for your local currency. This can be confirmed by your financial institution.
BILLING ADDRESS
Please be sure to provide your exact billing address and telephone number. Incorrect information will cause a delay in processing your order, as it will need to go through a manual verification process.
SHIPPING ADDRESS
Your order may experience a delay in shipping if your shipping information is not filled out correctly. Please ensure this is filled properly to be certain there is no delay in your order being shipped.
We print every shipping label exactly as it’s entered on our website. Please be sure to double check your shipping address before completing your order to ensure that your package is shipping to the right location. If you believe that your address may be incorrect, please reach out to info@ishtarlashes.com, we’ll be happy to verify or correct this information for you. We cannot correct any addresses once an order has been processed. Please reach out to us as soon as possible for any corrections. All orders are processed for shipping within 24 hours or less. From there, we wait for the courier to pick up your order to bring to you!
Once your order is shipped out of the warehouse, your courier will confirm the tracking information within their system. From there we’ll email you your tracking information so you can keep up to date with your order as it gets closer to your doorstep!
RETURNS / EXCHANGES
Due to the nature or our product and sanitary reasons, we currently are not offering any returns or exchanges. All sales are final.
If you receive a defective item, please contact us at info@ishtarlashes.com with details of the product and the defect.

CANCELLATIONS
You may cancel an order only within 24 hours of placing the order or before the order ships.
If you cancel an order within 24 hours of placing the order and the order has not shipped, a refund will be issued in the form that payment was originally made. We will process refunds within seven days of cancellation by Customer if the order did not ship.
If Customer requests cancellation after the order ships, it is up to the Customer to refuse the package. Once the refused package is received by Seller’s refund department, a full refund will be processed, less shipping and handling, within 7 days of receipt of the refused package.
We reserve the right to cancel any order at any time for any reason.
UNDELIVERABLE PACKAGES
Packages that are returned to us as undeliverable are issued a full refund. We will not be able to re-ship orders that are returned to us as undeliverable. If you would like to purchase items that were undeliverable, you may place a new order with us.
FORCE MAJEURE
Customer agrees that Seller is excused from performance and shall not be liable for delays due to causes beyond its reasonable control or due to acts of the Customer, acts of God, changes in local, state or federal laws or regulations, fires, strikes, floods, epidemics, quarantine restrictions, riot or other civil unrest, war, acts of violence, freight embargoes, delays in transportation, etc., or its inability to obtain labor, materials or manufacturing facilities despite reasonable commercial efforts (collectively, “Force Majeure Events”).
